Hello! My name is Liz, and I'm not your average therapist. I am multi state licensed as a Mental Health Counselor. I offer virtual counseling to clients in Florida, Indiana, Georgia and Tennessee. With a decade of experience in the field, I've developed a niche in the addiction recovery, grief and loss, and Military/Veteran/LEO communities. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies to help you work through anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles.
I bring a little humor and a lot of empathy to every session. If you're looking for a therapist who's all about rigid boundaries and textbook techniques, then I'm probably not your cup of tea. But, if you're looking for someone who's down-to-earth, easy to talk to, holds you accountable and is a little bit sarcastic, then you've come to the right place.
When I'm not being a therapist, I am often outdoors, in a tattoo parlor, or getting coffee.
