As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and couples facing a variety of issues. Life is a journey in which change is often the only constant. My job is to honor the journey you are on, and provide avenues for healing and hope both for you and your family. I believe that by working with individuals and families, healing and relational satisfaction can take place and change in relationships can occur.

I also have extensive experience in treating trauma and work with survivors of abuse, medical trauma, war veterans, and children with attachment disorders. I have received additional, specialized training in the areas of: Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parenting Teens, Adult and Teen Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Attachment Disorders.
