I am passionate about providing authentic and compassionate counseling services. I strive to help clients to achieve their personal goals through a comprehensive and empathetic counseling approach. I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable so they can be heard, valued, and empowered. As a former educator and now, counselor, I enjoy helping youth (12 and up) and adults identify their strengths and move onto their next chapter. Through an authentic counseling approach, I help clents address barriers and overcome traumas. I love helping clients work to become the best version of themselves.
I take a holistic, person-centered approach to counseling. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution, so I work to tailor treatment and address the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of of each client's well-being. I incorporate modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness practices and more to meet the needs of each unique client.
