If booking with these, you will be unable to be seen. The most important aspect to therapy in my eyes is the relationship that I am able to build with a client. It is not possible for growth to happen when there isn't a trusting and safe relationship between both client and therapist.
When making an appointment with myself, I want client's to know that I am wanting to meet them where they are exactly and only take steps that a client feels empowered to take through their own decision making.
It is a scary and vulnerable place to be in when making your first therapy appointment, and I want to alleviate as much stress about the appointment itself when you come into my office or we meet online.
