I am a counseling psychologist who offers individual and relationship therapy to adolescents and adults. I have expertise in working with those who are experiencing distress due to anxiety, depression, eating concerns, relationship conflict, sleep disorders, stress, and trauma. I work best with individuals who seek to deepen their self awareness and to explore the nuanced complexities of life.
Living abroad (South Africa, Uruguay, Argentina, South Korea) has greatly shaped my growth as a person and therapist. As such, I draw upon Psychodynamic and Narrative Therapy, attuned to cultural context, as the foundation to my clinical work. I utilize skills-based modalities (ACT, CBTI) to aid in patient goals. Specific to couples therapy, I use EFT.
