I am accepting new clients. My therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients achieve insight and increase their motivation. My goal is to help clients learn to stop avoiding, denying and struggling with their inner emotions, learn to accept that these deeper feelings are appropriate responses to certain situations that should not prevent them from moving forward in their lives. With this understanding, clients can begin to accept hardships and commit to making necessary changes in their behavior.
I am down to earth, open minded and supportive of my clients. My experience thus far has been with adults who are struggling with addiction, anxiety and depression, stress management, relationship difficulties, grief and trauma. My clinical approaches are ACT , CBT, Motivational Interviewing, 12 steps, Spirituality and Mindfulness.
Please feel free to reach if you would like to consult on the phone or set up an intake appointment. I look forward to hearing from you.
