I am currently accepting clients for morning appointments only. I believe that trust is the cornerstone to a successful therapy relationship and that effective treatment balances both acceptance and change. I allow my clients time to warm up to both me and the therapy process. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for clients to address whatever challenges they may be facing and I do use humor when appropriate in session. I love meeting new clients and helping them reach their full potential.
It can be overwhelming and scary to reach out for support. Sometimes it's even harder to acknowledge to yourself that you're struggling. I want my office (whether in person or on a screen) to be a place of comfort and acceptance where people can grow at their own pace. I truly love what I do and I consider it an honor to be able to share in this process.
