By coming here, you have taken the first step toward finding support. I am offering both telehealth and in-person sessions. In my decade of experience, I have helped individuals and their families work through anxiety, depression and life transitions. I work with teens and young adults suffering from a range of issues including: anxiety, OCD, depression. I also work with women and couples experiencing fertility issues as well as peri- and postpartum anxiety or challenges as they enter into parenthood. My aim is to empower clients to speak their truth, reflect, and tap into their strengths to find relief and joy in daily living.
My primary therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral, but I believe each client is unique and requires individualized treatment tailored to meet their needs. Finding the right support and creating positive coping strategies allow people to grow.
I look forward to speaking with you to see how I can best be of help to you and your family.
