I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in psychodynamic psychotherapy that aims to empower individuals through increased self-awareness. In my view, for every problem there is a relational solution. I work towards establishing therapeutic relationships that invite individuals to be curious about the expanse of their inner lives and connections with others. Personal suffering can often leave us feeling disconnected and out of touch with what we think, feel, and need. Through talk therapy, I want to help you relate to yourself honestly so you feel more authentic, whole and aligned with your voice, desires, and values.
I have years of experience supporting college-aged students and adults struggling with eating disorders, body image, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. As a yoga teacher I appreciate the role mindfulness practices can play in helping individuals feel more connected to the intuitive wisdom of their bodies.
My approach is warm, compassionate, & non-judgmental. I offer a safe space where individuals are heard and encouraged to address and move through personal challenges and life transitions.
