In my personal work, I am driven by my clients' needs and aspirations and grounded in evidence-based modalities, from psychodynamic psychotherapy and attachment models to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. I also receive training in climate-conscious therapy. I see adults, couples, teens, and families.
