I am trained in techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, but am also comfortable with a more relaxed, relational based talk therapy. Most importantly, I believe in meeting the client where they are and providing a supportive therapeutic environment.
