I'm passionate about helping college/graduate students and young adults overcome anxiety and life's challenges to reclaim their inner strength. I use a blend of compassionate and evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and parts work to help you work through complex experiences and emotions. Through our work, we can rediscover your capacity for growth.
