I have a doctorate in leadership, an LCSW and I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. EMDR trained. Focus areas are grief trauma, loss of a loved one, suicide loss ,mindfulness, spirituality. I help young adults ,adolescents, seniors ,gain autonomy in relationships, women’s health ,learning disabilities, obesity, and school and work.
I am here to help you put joy back into your life ! My door is open to everyone. Together, we can change your life by healing old wounds , creating new dreams , and exploring all of life’s possibilities .
