I use play therapy to connect with children and families. I view my role as empowering children and teens to recognize their strengths, foster emotional regulation, create safety in their nervous system, and create connection. Through a relational and brain-based approach to therapy, I help clients develop insight and create new pathways in their brains to reach their goals.
I practice Play Therapy, Activity Therapy, Sand Tray, and Expressive Arts interventions.
