I have a gentle, non-judgmental approach, but assist you in targeting the areas that you would like to address. I encourage you to involve others in your treatment (partner, parents, children), but do not demand it. I listen to you when you are undergoing transition, grieving, trying to cope with emotional or physical pain, or dealing with a difficult relationship. I also help with workplace or employment challenges, sexual or cultural/racial issues, and LGBTQ identities.
The primary way I work is through discussion and reflection. I also utilize drawing, imagery, clay, sandplay, and yoga where appropriate. I have many years of experience working with parent-child relationships, separation/divorce, blended families, and abuse/trauma issues. I work well with seniors and those with health challenges.
