I am a NYS Licensed therapist. I specialize in evidence supported techniques such as EMDR, parts of self and Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a framework to help you achieve your goals. I am also happy to utilize outdoor therapy (Penfield, NY) for those who are in need of a connection with the natural world. All other therapy is currently telehealth.
