I approach therapy with realness, authenticity, and humor. I am interactive in therapy sessions and solutions-focused.
For adults, I specialize in relational issues, trauma, unhelpful behavioral patterns like substance abuse, and perfectionism. For children and teens, I can help explore what is needed to help that young person feel better and thrive. I look holistically at the whole person to assess what is needed to be the best version of themselves.
I am in-network with a few insurance companies. I also offer help with out-of-network reimbursement if I am not in-network with your insurance. Weekend appointments available, as well as video counseling for individuals in NY and NJ. In addition to therapy, I also offer supervision/consultation to other therapists and coaches. I am also SAP Qualified.
