My therapeutic style is warm, interactive, and real. Although, there may be tears, there will also be laughter. I appreciate a good sense of humor and I'm dedicated to finding the humor in situations, when appropriate.
I am in-network with a select few insurance companies. I also offer help with out-of-network reimbursement if I am not in-network with your insurance. Weekend appointments available, as well as video counseling for individuals in NY and NJ. In addition to therapy, I also offer supervision/consultation to other therapists and coaches.
