I offer a healing environment in which to explore the difficult challenges presented by traumatic experiences; such as childhood abuse and neglect, domestic violence, divorce, sexual assault and grief and loss. I support new mothers with the transition to motherhood and parents struggling with parenting differently than they were parented.
Faith can play a significant role in healing. For those who wish to include spirituality as part of healing, I am familiar with many faith traditions and can incorporate these into your therapy.
