As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Meadowlark, I would be honored to join you in your journey towards overall well-being. I have years of experience working with children with behavioral issues, as well as experience working with teens and adults struggling with mood disorders, personality disorders, autism, self-esteem issues, career identification, and grief/loss.
I love to incorporate creativity into my sessions and my counseling approach is strengths-based. I utilize art, play therapy, mindfulness, person-centered skills, and cognitive behavioral interventions in my sessions in order to foster self-awareness and empower people to reach their full potential.
