Do you or a family member need help working through a difficult life transition? Maybe you sense this will require some changes in how you handle things. My patients are people seeking self-knowledge and wanting to make the most of life. They have begun to see patterns and obstacles they want to address in a depth-oriented psychotherapy relationship with someone who is highly qualified and very experienced.
I do teletherapy from my office, and this is what you will see in the background.
I have had training in a number of psychotherapy approaches, and we will find what you need to help you. I bring many years of experience to my work, and I believe in investing in the future of my practice and patients through continued study with other professionals. My practice will also offer in person sessions on the Upper West Side as of July 2024.
