I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and relaxation modalities to heal you. EMDR helps you release past trauma, depression and feeling of anxiousness and helplessness to obtain a place of healing and peace.
I understand that everyone is unique and not all therapies are created equal so a personalized approach will be used to find the right therapy for you. I believe that therapy is a place where you can feel safe and not judged in order to heal.
