I work with children, adolescent and adults in Spanish/English. I use an integrative approach because I believe that each person carries their challenges differently and may benefit from a variety of interventions. I believe it is important to create a safe place for the client where they can feel seen, understood, and heard without judgment.
I am passionate about teaching clients how to improve their perspectives in life and recognize the positive qualities they hold within. I have learned from working with a variety of people that it is important to focus on the positive in therapy just as much as the obstacles and that each step a person takes is a representation of where they are in life.
