An online 6-week skills group to help kids with food allergies understand and manage their anxiety. Separate groups for kids ages 8 to 13 and 14 to 18. Each week will present science-based, relatable, and actionable education and skills plus time for discussion and processing. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (Zoom)
CBT-I is short-term, skills-based, and effective. It is considered the gold standard, first line treatment for insomnia. In CBT-I, you will learn how your body regulates sleep, what interferes with your ability to sleep well, and develop strategies to help you sleep better. Group size is limited to allow time to review each member's progress and make personalized treatment recommendations.
