My job is to provide the tools and guidance you need to ease tensions, change unhelpful patterns, open up new possibilities, to help you reach your goals. Therapy can provide the support you need to experience true lasting change.

In my practice, we work to support individuals and families working on trauma, family/relational issues, eating disorders, and anxiety.
