Hope. Hope is what I feel for every client I see. I help with relationships. As a therapist, I am flat-out determined to support others in healing their relationships, their traumas, and their heart, no matter how impossible it may seem. You are not alone. I mainly work with couples, adults and families, utilizing extra training in Emotion Focused Therapy.
As a fully certified practicing yoga teacher and advanced meditator, I have nearly 20 years of experience teaching effective mindfulness, yoga and breathing techniques. I believe in healthy LIVING which includes treating the whole person, which comprises all modifiable lifestyle factors. I am also a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Sometimes we just need some help. It takes strength and courage to reach out for help. More than ever, there is so much suffering in the world.
