Life can be ALOT to manage! Do you often feel ovewhelemed managing all the things? Finding a balance when your trying to manage a complex range of emotions can be paralyzing. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Masters in Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I offer support if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, post partum issues, relationship issues or if you could benefit from support in managing the ups and downs of the daily grind.

My mom was a private practitioner, therefore, I was introduced to the world of counseling at a young age and it is my belief that counseling can be beneficial to anyone and everyone...regardless of your background. I offer a empathic approach to working with my clients mixed with real talk therapy. It would be my honor to walk beside you on your journey.
