I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing individual psychotherapy for adults (18+) with a wide variety of difficulties and concerns. A personalized therapy approach is customized together for your specific needs, wishes, and values. My patients often find it helpful when we integrate trauma-informed approaches with empathic psychoanalytic/psychodynamic ways of understanding their feelings, experiences, and thoughts. Deeper insight into one's relational patterns and how the past influences the present tends to grow clients beyond areas in their lives where they feel stuck or behind so they can move towards their goals.
I hold a PsyD from Nova Southeastern University with internship at University of Miami/Jackson hospital and earned my M.A. in Psychology from Cornell University. I have taught, supervised, presented, consulted, and published in a variety of areas that affect home, work, school, and physical well-being.
