Hi! My name is Elizabeth, but feel free to call me Liz! I offer support and guidance through all of the ups and downs that surround the growth of your new family, & let's be honest, a new version of you. You may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or OCD, changes to your relationship, sleep deprivation and feelings of being overwhelmed, baby blues, concerns about attachment, or self-esteem. These are all common challenges that new mamas can face. I can provide services for those facing the pain of struggling to conceive, have suffered loss(es) of pregnancy, or experienced birth trauma. I am a PPD/PPA, birth trauma, and HELLP syndrome survivor. I want you to know that recovery is possible! In a session with me, we will focus on engaging in a holistic, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach toward well-being. We will not only work on ways to help you cope, but how to culminate your best self.
We will collaborate in conversation to help you reach your goals in a supportive space for vulnerability. Dealing with life and its challenges can be difficult, and you do not have to handle it alone. I would love to be a part of your village and walk with you through this part of your story.
