In practice for over 30 years, I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, college counseling, mental health centers, and a medical specialty group. I value the importance of a holistic approach, considering medical and developmental history, as well as social & psychological factors, especially when dealing with anxiety & depression.
My practice is based on compassion, trust, and the belief that pain and challenges can be overcome. My approach is relational, solution-focused, strength-based and active.
