Hello and welcome! I am a fully licensed clinically trained social worker and the owner and founder of Apricity Therapy Services! I am eager to help you on whatever your individual journey may be. My goal is not to keep you in therapy, but to help you gain life-long tools that you can use on your own outside of therapy. I truly believe that each person has what it takes to heal and succeed, sometimes they just need a little guidance to get there. I am accepting telehealth clients all weekdays and in-person clients Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday!
My work mainly revolves around the use of DBT, which is an excellent skills building therapy to help with emotional regulation, mindfulness and communication. I am also trained in Prolonged Exposure therapy to help clients with trauma. I love working with the neurodivergent population (I have ADHD myself), and adults of all ages.
