Using an individualized, integrative, evidenced-based approach I specialize in helping people experiencing hardships, adjusting to life transitions, and having difficulty regulating overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, depression, stress, and grief.
Some methodologies I may incorporate in our sessions include Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Person-Centered Therapy.
