CLOSED until January/Feb 2025 for service with the National Science Foundation. Elizabeth specializes in working with adults who experience stress, anxiety and/or depression, are high achievers (or would like to be), legal system workers, healthcare workers, first responders, law enforcement, athletes, entrepreneurs and military members. Her clients generally report feeling “burned out”, “stuck”, “lost”, “misdirected” and/or have anxiety about the future.
Elizabeth’s methods include using humor and lightheartedness to help create an inviting space where people can come and be themselves without judgment. Treatments focus on multiple, customized evidence-based practice methods. A few examples include cognitive behavioral therapy, problem solving therapy, solution focused therapy, and career/life transitions.
Elizabeth's goal is to create a place where clients not only discover the immense value of therapy, but also learn about themselves and find joy, peace, purpose and a sense of direction. No one enjoys feeling stuck or lost. Accepting new clients now! New openings for Fridays and evenings!
