I also work with individuals looking to succeed in high demanding jobs and help.
We will work together to identify the current strategies that you are using that are helpful and the ones that are unhelpful to help you move forward using healthy, adaptive coping strategies. We will work together to make sure your values align with your goals and take it one day at a time together.
