We go to a medical doctor when we are ill and to the dentist when we have a toothache, as well as regular check-ups when we are not ill or in pain. So why not see a mental health professional when life becomes stressful or when faced with a problem? Why not go in for a regular checkup as well? We go through several stages in life, such as marriage, parenthood, and retirement. We are faced with new obstacles at each stage. As a mental health professional, I can assist you in navigating these new stages and obstacles.
I strongly believe in taking care of yourself, mentally and physically. I am passionate about helping those who serve us: military members, medical professionals, firemen, police officers, and other first responders. But I enjoy seeing a variety of individuals for a variety of issues: from anxiety to life adjustment issues. I also enjoy couples counseling.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
