My goal is to cultivate a warm, non-judgmental, inclusive space for my clients to embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. Every client brings unique strengths, identities, histories, and relationships to our work. In our initial sessions, I focus on a client’s specific therapeutic objectives to help chart a path of growth and healing for our therapeutic work together. I have extensive experience in supporting clients who have suffered acute and chronic health challenges as well as in supporting clients who are coping with significant life transitions (relationship changes, birth, loss, career transitions, etc).
My primary objective in all therapeutic work is to facilitate healing and growth, and ultimately, to help each client to leave our work with a renewed sense of self-confidence and self-reliance.
