My goal as a therapist is to provide a welcoming, supportive and safe space for each of my clients to explore and work though challenges impacting their daily lives. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Clinical Practice that specializes in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in school age children, adolescents and adults with special interest in the areas of teen and women's mental healthcare.
I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based and culturally sensitive treatment approach drawing from a variety of psychotherapies depending on the individual needs of my clients including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and art and play therapy activities.
Individual sessions with clients are often complemented by family therapy sessions with the goal of providing the most effective and long lasting results. I look forward to working with you!
