Hello there! My name is Elizabeth Butler, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Life is like the ocean it has many waves, and I am here to help guide you and show you the tools to help you keep riding the waves of life. Whether you are struggling with the pain of depression, anxiety, or everyday stressors (i.e. school, work, relationships) I invite you to work with me to come up with a plan that meets your needs. I consider myself an integrative therapist, incorporating several different theories and modalities in my work. Such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy.
I work with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, work and school-related stress, life transitions, and relationship problems. My approach with clients in session is warm, humorous, and solution oriented. It is very rewarding for me to help clients work through challenging situations and be part of their stories.
