My practice focuses on adolescents, and adults of all ages; mood disorders, and life transitions such as new parenthood, launching, and aging seem to be the most prevalent reasons clients seek out my support.
In the last fifteen years, I've treated many new moms and I've had extensive training in maternal mental health. From the baby blues, to post-partum mood disorders and other more severe maternal mental health issues, I've been honored to be with new parents through every step, and to guide them to wellness and joy in their families.
