Each of us is an individual with many thoughts, feelings and responses. You don't always know where your emotions come from or what to do with them. Being able to reach out even though may be uncomfortable talking to sort out your thoughts & feelings can help to provide you with skills to develop a happier more desirable life.
I am a compassionate and forthcoming therapist. There are times we aren’t sure what’s going on in our mind or body, causing concern and anxiety. Reaching out to talk gives the opportunity to learn about yourself and explore options to improve the quality of your life. I use a variety of therapy approaches including CBT, Reality Therapy and Mindfulness.
