I strongly believe that everyone should have a safe space where they feel accepted and supported for who they are. Human beings possess an incredible capacity for growth, and I am passionate about facilitating this journey. I believe that self-improvement is fundamental to navigating life's complexities and empowering individuals to take charge of their lives. As a therapist, I prioritize building a trusting and supportive therapeutic alliance with my clients to address their unique needs.
I am passionate about working with women, the queer community, trauma survivors, & people struggling with personality disorders. I take a person-centered, psychodynamic approach to therapy & utilize techniques from modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
