Welcome! My name is Liz and I have 14 years of mental health experience. Whether this is your first-ever therapy session or you've had a few in the past, I'm here to make mental wellness approachable and to help you become your best self. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, grief and loss and trauma, and see individuals aged 16 to older adults.
