I have an eclectic background, having worked across the lifespan in a variety of areas, including hospitals, schools, and group practice. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I have a strong background in CBT and solution-focused therapy.
My goal is to support you by meeting you where you are. If you are feeling like you have tried and tried to make changes in your life, but just can't seem to get through it on your own, let's see if we can do it together.
