I enjoy helping those with depression, anxiety, stress, & PTSD. I am trained to help you understand how thoughts, feelings, & beliefs impact experiences & how to use that info to achieve your goals.
I understand the difficulties of finding a therapist & feeling safe to connect. As a Latina & a Spanish-speaking therapist, I work to create safe places for healing work in English or Spanish & understand multi-cultural & minority concerns.
