Hi there, my name is Dr. Liz! My passion is working with youth and emerging adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relational conflicts, or life transitions.
I have clinical experience over the past 5 years working with a diverse range of children, adolescents, and adults in various settings - outpatient clinic, medical hospital, schools. This has developed my passion and skills in working with diverse populations and meeting clients where they are at, according to their specific needs.
I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and empowering my clients using the strengths they already have, as they journey towards hope and healing. My hope is that each of my clients feels safe to be their honest, authentic selves with me, and that they feel seen, heard, and understood.
