Welcome to a sanctuary of healing! I help people repair their relationships with themselves and others through mind-body connection and relational healing. Most of us have been hurt by someone in the past. We might have integrated their beliefs as our own and made their stories the ones we tell ourselves about who we are and what we are capable of. I help you get to the root of who you are, a compassionate and loving being who came to this world to make a difference.
You may have blocks that have kept you from pursuing the jobs, dreams, relationships, and connections in your life that you know you are missing. You may have had these in the past and lost them in some way, or you may be longing for something you haven't experienced yet but you know deep in your heart exists. This is where I come in.
I help you uncover these blocks and stories, and heal them within your own being so that you can come to life with more energy, passion, confidence, and compassion for yourself and others, and less criticism and fear of what people will think. We use presence, mind-body techniques, and the attunement of our therapeutic relationship to discover and heal.

I know many of us are affected by the war in Israel. This is an online group especially for those who have family and loved ones in Israel. This is not a political discussion but rather a space to process grief, loss, anxiety, and any other feelings related to knowing our family and friends are in a war torn place at this time.
