I am a Licensed Therapist in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Difficult experiences in life can bring up feelings of anxiety, depression, or lack of direction; it can be hard to know what to do. With compassion and honesty, I will help you to work through issues while identifying your areas of concern pointing at your inner strengths, and helping you to be a happier and healthier version of yourself. When clients are focused on exploring their feelings, they are empowered to face any obstacle in their lives and rewrite their own stories.
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. Then, during treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change you.
