I can work with you to transform challenges into exciting discoveries of self. I like to refer to this as resilience. Resilience is not a trait that people either have or do not have. Anyone can develop and nurture resilience. Resilience is not magic; it is a state of being.
I create a safe space where we can identify your strengths, create specific steps to reach your goals, problem solve, increase emotional well-being, and develop life skills. Starting January 25th, 2023! Wednesday evenings 6:00. The primary intention for this group is providing a calm space to gather and practice mindfulness meditation. You are invited to join this journey to create a happier and healthier life. We practice being in community. We give and receive support in community.
