Welcome to Creative Guidance, PLLC. I believe that our ability to stay in the moment, especially when things are difficult, can be tough. Wanting to escape the present moment is a normal human response. When we are able to remain present, that is where healing, wisdom and change truly lies. When we can stay with what we are feeling and experiencing, both good and challenging, we are then awake and empowered to change our lives. I am here to help you become present and unfold the YOU that has always been there from the start.
You already have what you need. You will discover that as you awaken. I will help you rediscover and embrace yourself so that you can begin to implement the healing and changes that you are seeking. Through therapy, hypnotherapy and creativity, I will help you reconnect to the origin of you that knows their purpose and let go of what no longer serves you.
I am an artist and bring that creative view into my work as a therapist. I may offer creative suggestions for homework in between sessions in the form of writing, journaling, creating an artwork, listening to a self help or meditation recording or other creative assignments.
