So often we feel like we know what we want in our lives, but struggle to make it happen. I believe therapy is a safe space where clients can explore underlying beliefs that may be preventing them from achieving their goals through curiosity and warmth. Accurately understanding how my clients see themselves and the world is vital to my process as is building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe therapy is collaborative, and I focus on empowering my clients to develop healthy lifelong skills. I have an LMHC in New York and am a registered out-of-state telehealth provider for clients in Florida.
I am passionate about helping individuals identify where they are in life, where they want to be, and how to get there. I have experience working with adolescents and adults with health and identity issues, including race/ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, culture; navigating phases of life; and career exploration.
